Collected throughout the state by local landowners, farmers and ranchers, wild pigs are humanely delivered to Texas Animal Health Commission approved facilities. We then process the Wild Boar here in the Fort Worth Stockyards, under strict supervision of our onsite USDA inspectors and veterinarians. Our Wild Boar offers you a unique and flavorful alternative to domestic pork providing you with the taste of the hunt without the effort.
Wild boar meat is leaner, darker and intensely more flavorful than farm-raised. Naturally, the flavor of the meat is dependent upon the diet of the animal. Our wild boar is all natural and on a free range diet of nuts, grass, and roots as well as any farmed crop they decide to invade. You can expect a sweet and nutty taste that is cleaner than more fatty protein options.

Every one of our items is hand packaged specially for your order. The meat is placed in a recyclable Styrofoam box filled with a generous amount of dry ice to keep your meat cold during delivery. We then box your entire order in a manageable container ready for shipping. We guarantee that the order will remain fresh and ready for consumption, or if you prefer, ready to be chilled or refrozen, up to 4 days after leaving our offices. All of our shipping is handled by FedEx. Delivery is generally within 3 days to most locations in the continental U.S.
